Writing a blog on Capital Market is goanna be most exhaustive and challenging task for me or for anyone for that matter. Consisting of both Debt (Raising money from bank/institution as a loan while accepting liability to pay it back) and Equity (Share Market) These Markets can consist of endless subparts and hence would be practically impossible to give you exact outline for the blog. Although the least I can do would be to Deal with one instrument at a time (Debt or Equity).

IF Matter of my Preference I would chose to start with Equity Market first, for the simple reason that it’s much more dynamic, interesting, and most preferred way of raising money for companies these days. Equity market also interests me more for the simple fact that this where I am part of the game too.

I do not mean that Debt Market is of less significance; In fact it is equally vast. Apart from serving as a way to raise money for companies Equity market also presents opportunity for Investing, I will try to cover up equity market with investment prospective as well; instruments such as Common Stock, Derivatives, Forex, and Commodity etc. would be also looked at.

All in all don’t worry about all of them now we shall start with the basic foundation and then built up our pyramid as things progresses. Cheers!!!!
